Question: Are handlers accepted into the program?
Answer: Handlers are accepted as members of The Nutro Company Breeder Program as of January 6, 2003. In order to qualify, a handler must provide The Nutro Company a copy of an official document identifying him or her as a member of the “Professional Handlers Association."

Question: What sort of document do I have to present in order to qualify?
Answer: To qualify for The Nutro Company Breeder Program you need to enclose a copy of an official document that identifies you as a breeder or handler. The document must be from a nationally recognized dog registry or cat registry or association such as AKC, UKC, ARBA, CFA, ACFA, ACA, etc.
Question: What if I’m not affiliated with any of the national registries or associations currently recognized by The Nutro Company Breeder Program? Could I still qualify to become a member?

Answer: Allow for 2-3 weeks for Breeder Bucks coupons and Healthy Start Kits delivery.

Answer: A “customer registration card” is attached to each free Healthy Start Kit. In order to prevent delays or problems with processing your free product, please keep the following policies in mind:
- The free bag or case will correspond to the smallest size purchased.Trial sizes are not included in the program.
- Mail six (6) proof-of-purchase UPC codes with product description and corresponding receipts at a time, or make sure that the number of UPC codes with product description mailed to The Nutro Company are in multiples of six (6); that is, groups of 6, or 12, or 18, or 24, etc.
- Group UPC codes with product description together that are of the same brand (MAX®, NATURAL CHOICE® or ULTRA™ brand), same product (such as MAX® Puppy Food or MAX® CAT Kitten food) and same size.
- Receipts must be dated within a 12 month period. Copies of receipts are accepted.
